As we venture into the B2B sector, we are looking for a Business Unit Leader to spearhead this transformational initiative. This exciting role involves taking complete ownership of the strategy, execution, and P&L for our B2B operations, with a goal of accelerating our growth from early revenue to over $100M. We are seeking a strategic leader who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys hands-on execution. What You'll Own General Management & P&L: Take complete ownership of our B2B operations, overseeing P&L, pricing, and packaging while crafting a comprehensive growth roadmap. You will act as the CEO of this business line, driving impactful resource allocations and prioritizing initiatives for growth. Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Develop and scale an effective go-to-market engine that integrates acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and monetization. Create a repeatable vertical launch playbook and refine GTM strategies based on market intelligence. Product Operations & Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other departments to implement AI-driven capabilities that enhance customer experiences and improve unit economics. External Leadership: Represent our company at industry events and cultivate strategic partnerships to boost distribution and adoption. What Success Looks Like First 90 Days: Establish a thorough understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and revenue drivers. 6 Months: Achieve significant increases in customer acquisition and revenue, creating operational structures to support scalability. 12 Months: Set a validated trajectory toward the $100M milestone, establishing our platform as a leader among independent professionals. The Ideal Candidate: We seek an experienced GM or VP with full P&L responsibility and a proven track record in scaling B2B SaaS or marketplace businesses. You should possess a deep understanding of SMB and solo professional markets, along with expertise in go-to-market operations.
