As a leading grower, packer, and shipper of fresh produce, including potatoes and onions, your role is vital in delivering high-quality products to our customers. A Day in the Life of an Alsum Transport Long Haul Truck Driver Your primary responsibility will be to safely transport fresh produce over long distances, ensuring timely deliveries. You will also be tasked with backhauling fresh produce from various states including CO, KS, NM, TX, FL, GA, ID, and WA. Maintaining accurate records of mileage, fuel, BOLs, and PODs is essential in this role. Representing Alsum Transport Inc. and Alsum Farms & Produce Inc. with professionalism is key. Job Details Job Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive wages based on experience plus a $3,000 SIGN ON BONUS!! Schedule: The work schedule will vary weekly based on our pickup and delivery needs. You might be an ideal candidate for this Long Haul Truck Driver position if you: Possess a current Class A CDL License and maintain a clean driving record. Are 23 years of age or older. Have at least 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer driving experience. Are registered with the Drug Clearing House and can successfully pass a DOT pre-employment physical and drug screening. Meet all Federal Motor Carrier DOT requirements and safety qualifications. Can successfully complete a road test administered by Alsum Transport.
