Description As a Team Shift Supervisor, you will support the Assistant and General Manager by leading exceptional shifts while embracing the Live Más spirit. You will take full ownership of your shift, proactively solving problems and guiding your team towards success. Responsibilities: Run Shifts Efficiently: Ensure operations run smoothly while maintaining Taco Bell's high standards. Tackle Problems and Seek Help When Needed: Take the initiative to address challenges and provide support to your team. Provide Guidance to Team Members: Mentor and lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service. Ensure Excellent Customer Service: Foster an environment where every customer leaves feeling happy and satisfied.
