Apply today and start your journey at Borealis Mine located south west of Hawthorne NV. Essential Responsibilities: Assist in various tasks supporting mining operations within the labor crew. Prepare production reports and other essential documentation. Engage with team members using clear and professional communication. Promote safety and productivity by ensuring compliance with all relevant safety policies and procedures. Qualifications: Previous mining experience is valuable but not mandatory. Awareness of mining safety and MSHA policies preferred but not required. Current MSHA p.48 metal/nonmetal certification is a plus (training will be provided if necessary). Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. Work Conditions: Shift rotations vary, with work hours ranging from 10 to 12 hours per day. Overtime pay is applicable after 40 hours worked in a week. This is a site-based position with opportunities for long-term employment. Living out allowance provided for each day worked.
