Job Description We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior System Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage our virtual infrastructure, storage systems, and Unix servers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Your technical expertise will play a crucial role in streamlining our operations, documenting processes, creating effective procedures, and fostering collaboration on various team projects. You should have a strong command of core datacenter technologies, including VMware vSphere, Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM), HPe Storage, Netapp, Dell PowerMax, and Linux OS support, alongside a good understanding of networking, security, and troubleshooting strategies. Key Responsibilities Obtain federal security clearance, a requirement for this position, which necessitates U.S. citizenship. Possess 4+ years of experience in virtualization, storage systems, and Linux installation, troubleshooting, and support. Demonstrate expertise in virtual infrastructure, particularly with VMware and Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM). Have experience with storage systems such as HPe 3Par, Netapp, and Dell PowerMax. Proficient in automation scripting using PowerShell, Chef, Ansible, or similar tools. Understand datacenter infrastructure monitoring and adherence to security standards. Familiarity with the ITIL Service Operations framework is a plus. Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills. Disclaimer: Some customer-facing roles may require compliance with immunization and occupational health mandates. Salary Range: This position offers a competitive hourly wage between $27.07 and $54.13, with an annual total ranging from $56,300 to $112,600, and potential equity opportunities.
