Join our dynamic team as an Enterprise Programs Project Manager, where you will be at the forefront of executing multiple concurrent projects within our strategic initiatives. In this role, you will coordinate daily efforts across a diverse range of stakeholders and functions, ensuring compliance with our enterprise program management office (ePMO) standards, processes, and business rules. Your ability to foster collaboration and accountability will be crucial as you track project progress and provide regular updates to leadership. Your contributions will be key in meeting milestones, conducting gate reviews, and ensuring governance requirements are achieved, resulting in successful and timely project delivery throughout the lifecycle. Essential Job Responsibilities Include: Project Management Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules outlining resource tasks that will lead to successful project outcomes. Monitor project progress by managing scope, timeline, dependencies, risks, issues, and quality through proactive mitigation and resolution efforts. Lead project teams in achieving their objectives, facilitating milestone meetings, and overseeing the gate process. Conduct change management activities for assigned projects to promote readiness, adoption, and realization of business value. Ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and deliverables while maintaining alignment with project objectives and desired business outcomes. Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment, coordination, and successful project execution. Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement efforts to enhance future ePMO project delivery. Governance & Reporting Provide accurate and transparent project status updates to stakeholders and leadership. Ensure compliance with ePMO standards, processes, and governance requirements while maintaining consistency and quality control. Promote transparency and accountability across projects through effective reporting and communication practices. Required Skills / Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. 4-6 years of project management experience. Strong understanding of project management methodologies. Proven ability to influence and lead through collaboration in matrixed environments. Excellent organizational, communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors. PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or CAPM certification is a plus. Occasional travel may be required for onsite project or team meetings. Based on relevant market data and individual qualifications, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $105,600 - $125,000 annually. Compensation will be influenced by various factors, including experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations.
