This role supports the overall efficiency of the shop by completing general service work accurately, following shop standards, and working reliably alongside senior technicians and leadership.Requirements and ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and fluid servicesComplete light repairs while following shop procedures and manufacturer guidelinesAbility to accurately diagnose vehiclesAccurately complete vehicle inspections and document findingsSupport shop workflow by moving vehicles and assisting other techniciansMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaPay: Up to $55.00 per hourAbout us:Best Price Transmissions & Auto Care, LLC is a growing independent automotive shop in Spring, TX. We are a professional, fast-paced shop and our goal is to provide the best automotive service in town with honesty and integrity. We are looking to add 2 automotive technicians who are excited about growing with us.Responsibilities:Domestic and Foreign diagnosis and repair knowledge with experience and diagnostic skills to perform necessary repairs on vehicles including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, electrical, etc.The ability to complete a work order and explain to Service Advisor.Great attention to detail.Communicate effectively with Service Advisor and management.Comply with company safety policies and procedures.Applicant must be dependable, organized, professional, punctual, responsible, team oriented and a self-starter with initiative.Road-test vehicles to ensure quality work.Maintain an organized shop area.Adhere to our values: Integrity, Transparency, Professionalism and Teamwork.Experience: 10+ years preferred.
