Creative Graphic Designer

Join our dynamic team as a Creative Graphic Designer, where you'll have the opportunity to shape and produce a variety of business collateral and marketing materials across digital, print, and promotional platforms. Conduct research and gather inspiration for innovative designs. Develop design concepts based on project briefs, ensuring they align with stakeholder needs. Refine and edit artwork in response to feedback from stakeholders. Create eye-catching artwork for all marketing and business materials using Adobe design software (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop). Design business templates for key stakeholders within our organization. Prepare and finalize layouts, ensuring materials are print-ready and accessible in various formats. Collaborate with print contractors to ensure high-quality outputs. Advise internal teams on best design practices and creative strategies. Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across all artwork produced. Adhere to MAXIMUS brand guidelines and ensure compliance with contractual requirements for external communications. Collaborate with colleagues across MAXIMUS UK to ensure consistent messaging across all formats. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Communications and Marketing Manager. Essential Qualifications: Graphic design qualification or relevant experience. Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite applications (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop). Strong understanding of print processes and image projection. Exceptional creative design abilities. Extensive experience in content creation. Understanding of maintaining and enhancing a corporate brand. Able to train and guide others in the manipulation of artwork. Strong eye for document and presentation layouts. Attention to detail and quality in all work. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment. Desirable Qualifications: Familiarity with additional design software applications. Copywriting and proofreading skills. Proven ability to manage time effectively with flexibility and judgment. Experience working with Drupal.
