Techno-Functional Architect For Oracle ERP Cloud SCM We are seeking a highly accomplished Techno-Functional Architect specializing in Plan-to-Deliver (PTD) for Oracle ERP Cloud SCM. This role demands a professional who can deeply engage with technical teams, understand and influence PL/SQL, integrations, data models, and batch processes, while also being fluent in manufacturing, planning, inventory, and costing business logic. The successful candidate will act as the translation layer between business intent and system execution, owning PTD outcomes from process design through technical realization and operational stability. Functional & Business Architecture Own PTD business flows across: Supply & Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory, Cost Management Translate operational and planning problems into system-level behavior and data requirements Ensure PTD designs align with Oracle SCM best practices while meeting enterprise scale needs Technical Engagement & Ownership Work directly with technical teams on PL/SQL packages, concurrent programs, interface control tables, custom validations, and extensions Understand and review data flows, batch dependencies, planning collections, and refresh cycles Participate in technical design reviews and influence implementation decisions Troubleshoot PTD issues down to SQL, data anomalies, and process orchestration logic Integration & Data Define and validate integrations using FBDI, REST APIs, and OIC flows Analyze upstream/downstream data dependencies affecting planning, manufacturing, and costing Validate OTBI/BIP logic for PTD analytics and reconciliation Operations & Governance Act as the PTD escalation authority during incidents and stability events Lead root cause analysis spanning functional configuration, data, and code Define testing strategy with focus on business-critical PTD scenarios Provide release impact analysis and technical risk assessments Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in the design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM with strong PTD focus Deep understanding of PTD functional processes and their technical execution Hands-on familiarity with PL/SQL logic, Oracle ERP Cloud data model, batch and concurrent processing, and strong experience with integrations (FBDI, REST, OIC) Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical architects, and developers Experience in large, complex ERP environments is a plus. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
