Job DescriptionAs an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Honeywell, you will play a key role in optimizing production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. Your contributions will directly impact our bottom line and support our growth as a global technology leader.You will report directly to our Director Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, and you'll work at our Rocky Mount NC location on an on-site work schedule.SHIFTS AVAILABLENights: Sunday - Thursday from 10pm - 6am (Shift differential)Weekends: Either Wednesday through Sunday or Saturday through Wednesday from 7am - 4pmResponsibilitiesLead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets QualificationsYOU MUST HAVEBachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematicsMinimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing for aerospace or similar fieldWE VALUEDesired Advanced Engineering degrees like Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, ME (Mechanical Engineering) etc. based on job titleHands on experience in mechanical troubleshootingExperience in Root Cause Corrective ActionDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.SBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELLIn addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
