Position Summary: The Shift Supervisor plays a crucial role in our restaurant's success, responsible for delivering our 'Customer Promise' through exceptional service. You will assist the management team to ensure guest satisfaction and oversee daily operations in a single restaurant. In the absence of the General Manager or Restaurant Manager, you will be accountable for all restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities: Ensure efficient and accurate product preparation and service while adhering to speed guidelines. Inspire and guide team members to provide fast, friendly service in a welcoming environment. Train and supervise Crew Members on operational processes, product knowledge, and company policies. Support company cultural initiatives and promote the CORE Training principles. Implement cash control/security procedures, assist with marketing initiatives, maintain inventory, manage staffing, and analyze financial reports to improve restaurant performance. Help ensure compliance with all regulations, employment laws, and safety policies. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented team members, contributing to their development. Participate in decision-making regarding discipline and terminations of Crew Members. Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Requirements: 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality sectors. Strong ability to mentor and train team members. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services. Must possess a ServSafe Certificate. Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment. Reliable transportation is a must. Minimum age requirement: 18.
