We are looking for dedicated professionals to help us shape the future of Federal Healthcare systems. We are seeking a Director of Federal Risk & Compliance to lead our compliance efforts. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our organization adheres to Federal Acquisition Regulations, contractual mandates, and internal policies. This position demands comprehensive knowledge of U.S. Federal Government operations and the capability to lead internal compliance audits while communicating effectively with executive leadership. Key Responsibilities: Interpret and implement compliance with applicable U.S. federal laws, regulations, and agency-specific requirements. Plan and oversee internal compliance audits and risk assessments across various business units. Assess policies and procedures for alignment with federal regulations and organizational standards. Identify compliance gaps and develop corrective action and remediation plans. Track progress on remediation activities and validate effectiveness of corrective actions. Provide clear and actionable compliance reports to senior stakeholders and executive leadership. Present audit results and compliance trends in executive and governance forums. Support decision-making with data-driven insights and recommendations. Lead training and awareness initiatives for federal compliance requirements. Develop an enterprise-wide continuous monitoring strategy for internal controls. Top Skills for Success: Regulatory expertise and analytical skills. Exceptional communication and executive presence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Public Administration, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred). 10+ years of progressive experience in compliance, audit, or risk management with exposure to U.S. Federal Government. Experience working with federal agencies and preparing executive-level presentations and reports. In-depth knowledge of relevant federal regulatory frameworks. U.S. Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. This role is based in our Arlington, VA office, with a requirement to work in-person four days a week for teamwork and collaboration. Compensation and Benefits: The hiring range for this role is $139,400 to $291,800 per annum, with potential eligibility for bonuses, equity, and compensation deferral.
