KPMG, a leader in audit, tax, and advisory services, is looking for a dynamic AI Initiatives & Adoption Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our Legal, Risk Management, and Compliance organization forward. Your Responsibilities: Oversee the deployment and integration of AI solutions, ensuring continuous monitoring and enhancement of effectiveness and user experience. Lead the design and launch of AI agents to automate tasks, including research, case triage, document review, and compliance tracking. Collaborate with various stakeholders to pinpoint and develop impactful AI use cases within our Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance (LRMC) functions. Establish an AI architecture and review complex processes for automation; maintain an LRMC prompt library, and improve prompt effectiveness based on feedback and evolving needs. Act as the primary support resource for LRMC professionals utilizing AI tools, providing necessary training, documentation, and troubleshooting assistance. Uphold KPMG's commitment to integrity, professionalism, and respect within the workplace. Qualifications: A minimum of five years of experience in application development and implementation, legal operations, risk management, or business process automation; at least one year of recent experience in prompt engineering and AI governance. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field is required; an advanced degree preferred. Proven ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders, understand their needs, showcase solutions, and ensure support; must communicate complex topics clearly and effectively. Strong knowledge of AI technologies, particularly in legal and compliance contexts; experience with tools like Notebook LM, Agentspace, and Microsoft Copilot is a plus. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship. KPMG offers a competitive salary range in California of $101,200 - $215,100, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your personal and professional life.
