Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree Required Field(s) of Study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Degree: Master of Business Administration Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Extensive leadership experience in designing and implementing Coupa modules. Ability to identify gaps and develop business requirements for best practice solutions. Experience with project management activities and effective communication with leadership. Mentorship of junior staff, guiding their development and success. Proven track record in providing data-driven insights, enhancing procurement practices. Expertise in strategic and operational procurement, guiding client teams effectively. Experience in leading system build, testing, and change management initiatives. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on motivating teams and driving success. Knowledge of Coupa's various modules and their operational linkage.
