You will provide guidance on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, managing supplier relationships, and utilizing digital procurement solutions. Your leadership will inspire and motivate your team, ensuring high-quality deliverables while reinforcing a culture of integrity and innovation. Key responsibilities include: Analyzing and identifying linkages within an entire system. Taking ownership of projects from planning to execution and completion. Collaborating with team leaders to ensure quality, timelines, and deliverable ownership. Challenging yourself to develop skills outside your comfort zone and empowering others to do the same. Providing effective mentorship and encouraging team members’ learning and growth. Utilizing work reviews to enhance the expertise of team members. Addressing conflicts through constructive communication with clients and stakeholders. Upholding professional standards and the firm’s ethical guidelines. Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree Required Field(s) of Study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Degree: Master of Business Administration Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Extensive leadership experience in designing and implementing Coupa modules. Ability to identify gaps and develop business requirements for best practice solutions. Experience with project management activities and effective communication with leadership. Mentorship of junior staff, guiding their development and success. Proven track record in providing data-driven insights, enhancing procurement practices. Expertise in strategic and operational procurement, guiding client teams effectively. Experience in leading system build, testing, and change management initiatives. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on motivating teams and driving success. Knowledge of Coupa's various modules and their operational linkage.
