As a Facilities Operations Manager at Uline, you will play a crucial role in launching our brand-new warehouse, featuring over 1 million square feet of state-of-the-art facilities. Your efforts will help create a workplace that inspires productivity and pride! Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a diverse team of facilities professionals, including maintenance, security, grounds, and custodial staff. Collaborate with Corporate and Branch leadership to shape facilities policies, procedures, long-term strategies, and team development initiatives. Strategically plan and manage budgets, capital expenditures, and facility-related projects. Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, sites, and equipment to proactively identify and address maintenance needs. Respond effectively to emergency maintenance and troubleshooting requests. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience and 5 years of preferred facilities management experience. Experience in plumbing, construction, fire protection, HVAC, electrical systems, data center management, landscaping, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems. Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends and be on call for emergencies. Must be available for extensive travel for initial training at Uline's other North American locations.
