Manufacturing Production Operator

Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery while adhering to established procedures to ensure efficiency and safety. Verify that palletized materials correspond with batch tickets to maintain quality standards. Facilitate the transfer of approved batches into designated containers for bagging and final packaging. Ensure that labeling and stencil information on bags and containers aligns with batch tickets. Adjust set points on scales to achieve accurate measurements. Send sample materials to the lab for contamination checks. Document packaging totals meticulously on batch sheets. Conduct thorough cleaning of machines between incompatible batches. Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred. Strong work ethic reflecting character, competence, and commitment. Basic math skills are essential. Ability to work in varying temperatures and withstand exposure to powder environments. Capable of lifting up to 60lbs. repetitively throughout the shift.
