Façade Estimation Specialist

We are on the lookout for a skilled Façade Estimator with a strong background in glass, glazing, or façade estimating. Qualifications and Experience Required: 1-5+ years of Project Management experience in Storefront, Window Wall, Curtainwall, Sunshades/Screens, ACM Panel Systems, Structural Glass Walls, and Skylight projects. Experience with unitized Curtainwall systems is a significant advantage. Strong ability to work independently and make critical decisions confidently. Demonstrated success in managing projects from contract acquisition through to closing, including handling RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and close-out documentation. Expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, structural drawings, shop drawings, and schedules to grasp architectural intent effectively. Familiarity with project management software, spreadsheets, and estimating software is preferred. Proficient in maintaining and managing accrued material, equipment, and labor costs, ideally ensuring projects are completed under budget. A strong ambition for professional growth and advancement within the industry. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, architects, management, and site personnel.
