W2 Responsibilities: Design and optimize Airtable data structures, including linked records and lookup fields. Evaluate Airtable’s integration within existing data systems, establishing models for growth and clarity. Translate complex business issues into clear technical specifications and acceptance criteria. Guide engineering teams on solution design and implementation strategies without engaging in direct coding. Recommend improvements through scripts and automations to enhance workflow and data visibility. Create comprehensive documentation detailing architecture and data flow processes. Operate independently to identify necessary actions, resolve issues, and achieve outcomes with minimal supervision. Experience Requirements: Extensive knowledge of Airtable, including mechanics of linked records and automations. Proven experience in modeling data and designing robust, scalable Airtable bases. Expertise in converting intricate business needs into structured, actionable technical requirements. Collaboration experience with engineers to ensure technical implementations meet specifications. Background in designing workflows that include scripts, automations, and integrations beyond Airtable. A strong record of proactive problem-solving and strategic ownership.
