This role is ideal for a clinician who is deeply committed to patient-centered care and values meaningful autonomy in improving healthcare delivery.The physician will provide comprehensive medical care to a panel of approximately 500-600 members. The practice model emphasizes personalized healthcare, extended appointment times, proactive prevention strategies, and direct physician accessibility, including 24/7 availability for members.The ideal candidate seeks a long-term professional commitment and may have interest in pursuing a future ownership track within the practice.Role and Responsibilities Provide 100% outpatient care.Deliver relationship-driven care that fosters trust, continuity, and improved health outcomes.Demonstrate a strong commitment to preventive medicine and long-term patient wellness.Maintain a patient-first philosophy, dedicating time and attention beyond symptom management to comprehensive care.Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.Patient Volume:8-12 patients per dayAppointment Structure:30-minute standard visits1.5-2 hour comprehensive physical examinations (approximately two per day)Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experienceOpportunity for practice ownership track, if desiredQualifications Board Certified in Internal Medicine (MD)Graduate of a U.S.-based medical training programEligible for or able to obtain and maintain medical licensure in the State of ArizonaExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care
