Position Overview Join Serco and become part of a dynamic and collaborative team that tackles innovative projects for leading government clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to address complex challenges, enhance operational processes, and leverage the latest technologies to deliver quality services to our customers. The positions on this contract support the Army Sustainment Command (ASC). Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring coordination and synchronization for the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) while providing vital recommendations on operational matters. Conduct thorough research and analysis of emerging policies, directives, and industry issues, preparing insightful briefings and information papers. Utilize SharePoint for updating and maintaining training and exercise documentation. Create and sustain accurate LOGCAP contract requirements packages, ensuring thoroughness and suitability of documents. Review, analyze, and draft staff actions and requests for information, in line with Army regulations, while collaborating with local LOGCAP Planners. Track and monitor requirements for new and ongoing operations and exercises, responding promptly to inquiries. Conduct research and prepare special studies and briefings as needed. Participate actively in diverse training events and exercises related to LOGCAP. Engage in course curriculum development and exercise event scheduling requirements. Attend meetings, prepare reports, and manage the development of Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) injects. Qualifications for Success: U.S. Citizenship. Active Secret Clearance. Bachelor's Degree. 10 years of experience supporting a Joint, U.S. Army, or component-level headquarters. Completion of a military Intermediate Level Education (MEL4) program and logistic experience in deployment/combat. Understanding of the Joint Operation Planning Process (JOPP). Extensive knowledge of the Army sustainment enterprise and its interplay with procuring headquarters and other organizations. Recent experience at a one-star or higher-level command. Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Able to travel up to 25% of the time. Valid U.S. Passport.
