Your Opportunity As a Content Development Intern, you will be a vital contributor to the Proprietary Content team, assisting in the creation and maintenance of high-quality reference materials for academic, public, and school libraries. This internship presents an exciting chance to engage in meaningful projects that refine our editorial workflows and support our content goals. This remote position is open to applicants across the U.S. (excluding U.S. territories). What You'll Do Primary Responsibilities Implement projects designed to enhance content quality. Identify and recommend process improvements. Ensure accuracy in content and metadata in management systems. Revise existing content to follow editorial and style guidelines. Participate actively in team meetings and brainstorming sessions. Your Team You will join the Proprietary Content team, a collaborative environment with about 10 professionals, within the larger Content Search and Operations organization. About You Strong research and language skills, especially in grammar, editing, and writing. Experience in writing or editing capacities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree. What Sets You Apart Excellent critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to improvements. Ability to manage multiple tasks within established guidelines. Genuine interest in emerging technologies and tools. Familiarity with the Chicago Manual of Style and MLA Handbook. Experience using productivity platforms like Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, and content management systems. Relevant fields of study: English, Communications, Journalism, Liberal Arts, or similar disciplines. Pay Range USD $20.00 - USD $26.00 / hour. The actual salary offer will depend on a comprehensive evaluation of your skills, qualifications, education, training, and relevant experience.
