Job Description : JOB SUMMARY Join Highmark Inc. as a Senior Client Relationship Manager responsible for leading the sales efforts of our Senior Products, which include Medicare Advantage HMO and PPO (SecurityBlue and FreedomBlue), Medicare Supplemental Plan (MedigapBlue), and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Blue Rx). You will play a critical role in driving the growth and retention of an assigned book of business while collaborating directly with group customers to influence sales and retention decisions. Your success will be measured by achieving quarterly sales targets and maintaining strong client relations. This role involves a balance of strategic prospecting, administrative support, and maximizing enrollment objectives. This is a hybrid position with onsite requirements on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Communicate effectively, utilizing both written and verbal skills, with all levels of management internally and externally. Lead the sales initiatives for Senior Products, including HMO, PPO, Medigap, and Blue RX. Manage a portfolio of group customers to enhance growth and retention strategies. Meet quarterly new sales and annual retention goals consistently across all groups. Drive group prospecting activities by identifying potential clients and collaborating with client managers, brokers, and consultants. Oversee administrative tasks tied to client management to ensure smooth operations. Facilitate Direct Pay sales of Senior Products and assist individuals transitioning from group accounts to continue enrollment. Complete additional responsibilities as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience as determined by the company. 3 - 5 years of experience in health insurance sales. Must possess a PA Producer License with Accident and Health lines of authority or be obtained within 45 days of hire. Preferred None specified. Skills Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities. Good understanding of traditional selling concepts and strategies. Proficient in PC software, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY This role does not supervise or manage other employees. WORK ENVIRONMENT Travel is required for this position.
