Based in Atlanta, we operate nearly 400 franchise locations and 30 corporate-owned locations across 21 states, primarily in the Southeast and Central U.S. Position Overview As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations during your shift. Your responsibilities will include task delegation, staff supervision, and effective problem-solving in real-time. We’re looking for someone who can provide outstanding customer service and work collaboratively with our franchise partner. Responsibilities: Manage daily operations and navigate challenges that arise, including employee tardiness, customer complaints, and food deliveries. Ensure every customer leaves completely satisfied; their happiness is your top priority. Complete all shift paperwork, including inventory management and reports, to support the unit's profitability. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant. Enforce all brand standards, company policies, and procedures diligently. Represent Huddle House with professionalism, treating all employees with respect and dignity. Train staff on effective operations, including POS systems, back-of-house functions, customer service, and other necessary duties. Qualifications: Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with all team members. Flexibility to cover various shifts during normal restaurant operations. Previous experience in the restaurant industry is required.
