Compensation: Solo Owner Operators: Earn up to $3,450 per week (based on an average of 2,500 miles per week) Team Owner Operators: Earn up to $7,975 per week (based on an average of 5,500 miles per week) Empty Miles (for both Solo and Teams): $0.80 CPM Fuel surcharge: 100% Orientation reimbursement: $300 Incentive for mileage: $1 per mile for up to 500 miles when bringing your truck to class (no trailer needed) Benefits of Driving with Us: 100% no touch freight Pets allowed Fuel discount at Love's On-site fuel and discounts pass-through Profit-sharing programs for fleet owners with 2 trucks Safety incentives available 95% drop and hook with new trailers 24/7 Dispatch (non-forced) Dedicated lanes available in selected areas for solo and teams Weekly home time; most drivers stay out 10-14 days Job Requirements: Must be at least 23 years old with a valid CDL A Minimum of 2 years of experience required Must own a truck (2016 or newer, Class 8) Legally authorized to work in the U.S. No more than 3 non-DOT preventable accidents No more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 36 months No failed drug or alcohol tests About J.
