As an International Tax Compliance Manager, you will take the lead in delivering exceptional international tax compliance services for our diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate and timely preparation, review, and filing of international tax returns and documentation, all while staying abreast of the latest global tax regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all facets of international tax compliance engagements, including the preparation and review of U.S. and foreign tax returns, forms, and disclosures. Guarantee compliance with U.S. and foreign tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements for multinational clients. Lead the calculation, reporting, and documentation of foreign tax credits. Coordinate international tax compliance projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met. Identify and resolve compliance issues, risks, and discrepancies effectively. Offer technical guidance and training to staff on international tax compliance matters. Stay updated on international tax compliance developments and relay changes to clients and team members. Assist clients during tax audits and regulatory reviews related to international tax matters. Collaborate with partners and various teams to ensure the seamless delivery of compliance services. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting; a Master's in Taxation (MST) or LLM is preferred. CPA and/or JD required. A minimum of 5 years of progressive international tax compliance experience with a public accounting firm, law firm, or large corporate tax department. Strong technical skills in international tax compliance, foreign tax credit utilization, and tax reporting. Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills. Experience with tax software such as ProSystem fx, CCH, RIA, and/or Engagement is a plus. The salary range for this role is $118,300-$184,100. Individual salaries are determined by various factors, including role responsibilities, candidate experience, education, and location.
