Overview: Join us as a Senior Corporate Banking Relationship Manager, where you will play a pivotal role as the primary advisor for a distinguished portfolio of high-value corporate clients. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a driven self-starter with robust credit skills who is passionate about building relationships and exceeding client expectations. Your mission will be to manage and expand your portfolio of corporate clients by establishing new connections and strengthening existing partnerships. You will focus on providing strategic financial guidance, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities: Achieve or surpass individual sales and retention targets while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Proactively expand your portfolio using client referrals, networking, and targeted outreach efforts. Oversee the delivery of comprehensive financial services to corporate clients, ensuring alignment with credit quality and production goals. Effectively present and advocate for banking solutions to both new and existing clients. Collaborate seamlessly with Risk Officers, Treasury Management, Client Services, and Product Specialists to provide a full-service client experience. Make informed decisions regarding overdrafts, wires, pricing, and structuring within your authority. Negotiate loan terms based on risk assessment, market conditions, and the overall value of the client relationship. Review and underwrite new and renewal loan applications in collaboration with Risk Officers, ensuring adherence to credit policies. Monitor the quality of your portfolio, manage overdue loans, and proactively address potential risks. Ensure all reporting is timely and accurate, and that loan closings comply with internal procedures and legal requirements. Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in commercial lending is required. Formal credit training from a national or large regional bank is preferred. Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and credit analysis. Demonstrated ability to cultivate and enhance client relationships in a dynamic environment. Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Education: A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is required. An equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
