This role manages order entry, claims processing, status checks, phone inquiries, and email communication while maintaining accurate records and timely follow-through. Because the CSR represents the face ofthe company, strong attention to detail, organization, and professionalism are essential to delivering reliable support, resolving issues efficiently, and reinforcing the company's reputation with every interaction. This is an in-person role at our N.E. Portland plant. What will make you successful?
