Key Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights that support strategic planning and sound decision-making. Simplify complex information, highlighting crucial points and crafting a compelling narrative around the data. Strengthen the firm's financial strategy through forward-thinking analysis, planning, and forecasting, particularly focusing on fiscal year projections and mid-term strategies. Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders, offering financial insights while maintaining an independent point of view. Foster an environment that integrates human talent and technology, including AI, while addressing performance barriers and encouraging ongoing skill enhancement. Maintain KPMG's professional standards with unwavering integrity, respect, and accountability. Qualifications: A minimum of five years of relevant finance and accounting experience in a professional services environment is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is required. Strategic thinker with a focus on proactive, results-oriented approaches. Ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic work settings. Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
