Executive Director of Clinical Development About the Company Well-funded early-stage biotech company Industry Biotechnology Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is looking for a visionary Executive Director of Clinical Development to join its dynamic leadership team. In this role, you will spearhead the clinical development strategy for our innovative oncology radiopharmaceutical portfolio, emphasizing early-phase clinical trials. This position calls for a strategic and hands-on leader with a medical degree and a solid background in oncology, nuclear medicine, or radiology. Ideally, you will have 10-15 years of experience in clinical development, particularly focusing on early-phase oncology trials. As the senior medical authority within the executive team, you will play a critical role in shaping strategic decisions and guiding our research portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include: Designing, overseeing, and interpreting early-phase clinical studies Providing medical oversight for clinical protocols, ensuring safety and accuracy in data analysis Leading the preparation and submission of essential regulatory documents Building and maintaining relationships with CROs, investigators, and trial sites Collaborating with global regulatory agencies to streamline approval processes We seek a strong communicator who can establish credibility with scientific, regulatory, and investor audiences. You will be expected to foster a culture of agility, transparency, and scientific excellence within the medical function. Experience in radiopharmaceuticals, molecular imaging, or targeted therapies is highly desirable.
