Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a Lead Product Manager specializing in Agencies, Media & Publishing. In this role, you will serve as a senior individual contributor focused on shaping the product strategy, market direction, and business impact for NetSuite ERP. You will be responsible for the overarching product vision and strategic outcomes, working autonomously and influencing cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Executive stakeholders. This role demands extensive industry expertise and the ability to convert intricate Agency/Business Services business models into innovative ERP and AI-driven solutions. Your focus will be on strategic market positioning rather than day-to-day execution. Success metrics include industry adoption rates, revenue contributions, competitive advantages, churn reduction, and overall strategic clarity. Core Responsibilities Industry Product Strategy & Vision Develop and manage the industry product strategy and roadmap for Agencies/Business Services within NetSuite ERP. Analyze market gaps, competitive threats, and prevalent industry challenges, translating insights into strategic priorities. Articulate how AI-enabled ERP can revolutionize asset-intensive and service-focused business models. Market & Industry Leadership Serve as the go-to subject-matter expert for Agency ERP use cases. Engage with customers, partners, and industry leaders to validate your strategy and inform roadmap decisions. Shape analyst positioning, industry messaging, and executive narratives. AI-Driven ERP Product Direction Identify AI-driven use cases encompassing job/campaign tracking, media buying, project accounting, financial controls, and operational intelligence. Collaborate with platform and AI teams to ensure the industry strategy guides investment priorities. Growth & Business Impact Drive results impacting industry ARR growth, pipeline development, adoption rates, and expansion. Inform product packaging, positioning, and GTM strategies through tailored industry value propositions. Provide strategic insights on pricing and monetization strategies. Cross-Functional Influence Lead by influence rather than authority, partnering with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to synchronize execution with strategy. Provide clarity and priorities enabling teams to operate effectively in a direct manner. Work independently with little guidance on approach, reflecting the expectations of a senior contributor. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 10+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or industry solution leadership. Strong expertise in Agency-based business models (creative services, job/campaign tracking), media buying, publishing, client billing, and procurement. Proven experience with ERP systems, NetSuite experience preferred. Track record of defining and scaling industry-specific enterprise software solutions. Experience operating effectively at a director-level altitude as an individual contributor. Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder engagement skills. Comfortable in ambiguous, AI-forward environments. Desired (but Not Essential) Experience with AI-powered enterprise platforms. Familiarity with analyst relations or industry evangelism. MBA or equivalent advanced business education. Maintain clarity in priorities for efficient team execution. Operate independently with minimal oversight. Salary Range Information: In the US, hiring range is from $82,500 to $199,500 annually, with eligibility for bonus and stock options based on performance.
