Job Description A reputable mechanical contractor is looking for a skilled Plumbing Technician with significant experience in commercial plumbing service and installation. This is a full-time position perfect for a dedicated professional who prides themselves on delivering exceptional work, managing job sites effectively, and collaborating well with clients and team members. Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems and fixtures. Diagnose plumbing issues and execute timely repairs or replacements. Supervise and mentor apprentices and subcontractors as necessary. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications. Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards in all work performed. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management. Coordinate materials and labor to keep projects on track and within budget. Requirements: 3-5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing is required. High school diploma or GED; trade school or formal plumbing training preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physically fit to lift up to 100 lbs and perform manual labor tasks. Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication abilities. In-depth knowledge of commercial plumbing codes and systems.
