As part of our fast-growing Deal Advisory practice, we're looking for a Healthcare Deal Advisory Manager to become a key player in our team. You'll have the flexibility to work from multiple office locations or even remotely for the right candidate. Our National Deal Advisory practice aids M&A activities for Private Equity clients and strategic corporations both domestically and internationally. With an impressive track record of advising on approximately 600 deals totaling over $19 billion in 2024, you will be stepping into a dynamic and vibrant environment. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with Partners and Directors to oversee buy-side and sell-side financial and tax due diligence engagements. Conducting quality of earnings and working capital analyses, leveraging management interviews and data analysis to identify financial and operational trends impacting deal negotiations. Building strong relationships with senior leadership teams of clients and target companies. Communicating due diligence findings through formal reports. Supervising junior staff and providing constructive performance feedback. What you bring to the table: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred), Finance, or a related field. Active CPA license or in-progress requirement. 5+ years of professional services experience, including a minimum of 2 years in Healthcare diligence with providers and/or payers. Proficient accounting, data analysis, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills. Effective project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple engagements simultaneously. Our competitive compensation packages are based on performance and the contributions you bring to the firm. The salary range for this position is $117,800 to $183,100, with individual compensation determined by several factors including role responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
