Job Description Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Senior Analyst specializing in Medicare Stars Reporting & Analytics. In this role, you will design and implement innovative processes that leverage diverse data sets for analysis, modeling, and predictive insights that drive strategic business decisions. Your expertise in statistical analysis will help uncover key business challenges and deliverables, as you examine both structured and unstructured data from various sources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements and understand intricate business problems. Utilize your advanced mathematical and statistical skills to create effective solutions, while developing powerful tools, algorithms, dashboards, and queries to enhance business performance. You will champion projects from concept to production and present your findings to a wide range of audiences, employing both current and new technologies. Job Functions Utilize analytics and quantitative methods to guide and influence decision-making. Oversee data compilation, management, analysis, and reporting. Build strong relationships across various levels of the organization. Extract and compile extensive information and large data sets from multiple systems. Establish processes for monitoring and tracking data trends. Prepare clear, organized reports, analyses, and summaries for management use. Research and analyze report outcomes to identify opportunities and trends. Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and document new standard reports or processes. Consolidate data from various sources effectively, utilizing industry tools and Excel. Support management and team members with all data-related inquiries. Job Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION: Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years in a relevant field. Required Skills / Experience Proven knowledge of Medicare Stars. Strong SQL skills, with experience in complex joins and analytical functions. Background in UAT testing and validating report outputs. Advanced Excel capabilities, including automated and repeatable reporting. Preferred Skills / Experience Experience with Power BI for dashboard development and reporting. Strong understanding of HEDIS measures is preferred. Experience with creating or maintaining Paginated Reports. Familiarity with Python for data analysis or automation tasks. Experience with SharePoint, including site building and automation. PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
