This role drives a new inbound sales workstream focused on reducing customer setup time and enabling automation across enterprise-scale sales processes. You'll work closely with technical teams, Sales, and multiple business partners to turn complex needs into clear user stories and high-impact product delivery. What You'll Do Own and advance a new inbound sales workflow supporting ~100 users Translate business requirements into dev-ready user stories Partner with engineers, tech leads, and stakeholders to deliver solutions Improve onboarding efficiency and reduce rework What We're Looking For Strong, true product management experience (not order-taking) Confident communicator; able to push back and guide stakeholders Enterprise-scale product delivery background Salesforce exposure (integrations, sales ops tooling, automation) B2B sales/onboarding familiarity is a plus Ideal Candidate A critical thinker with solid technical + business communication who can own a workstream end-to-end, streamline processes, and influence outcomes across teams.
