Closing Shift Hourly Manager

The Closing Shift Hourly Manager (CSHM) serves as the Shift Leader of our restaurant, dedicated to driving sales and profit results while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The CSHM works closely with the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, focusing on profitability, guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Profitability: Ensure adherence to all cash control and security protocols, manage inventory through daily and weekly inspections, and handle incoming inventory orders. Guest Experience: Inspire and lead Team Members to deliver outstanding service that exceeds guest expectations, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Team Leadership: Provide coaching and constructive feedback to enhance team skills and performance, fostering a culture of growth. Operational Excellence: Model hard work by executing shift plans, driving service speed, and ensuring accurate preparation and delivery of products. Regularly analyze restaurant performance metrics to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement, ensuring compliance with operational and brand standards. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma or GED is required; 2 years of college is preferred. 1-2 years of experience in a quick service restaurant environment. Strong understanding of guest service principles. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to work long and irregular shifts as required.
