Job Overview Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for program management? We are looking for a Lead Program Manager to take charge of our engagement request process and play a vital role in optimizing team operations. In this role, you will effectively manage tracking systems, assignments, deliverables, and administrative functions while ensuring high standards of communication and collaboration. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. At least 3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, program management, or a related area. Proven track record in managing complex processes or projects involving multiple stakeholders and priorities. Strong skills in operational tracking, assignment management, process documentation, and reporting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior leaders, sales teams, technical experts, and customers. Able to navigate and influence in a matrixed environment, collaborating across functions without direct authority. Proficient in collaboration technologies (SharePoint, project management tools, CRM platforms) with a quick learning curve for new systems. High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through, with a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a customer-facing or customer operations role. Familiarity with sales, pre-sales, or solution engineering processes. Background in technical products, healthcare, or SaaS environments. Project management training or certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement Lifecycle Management: Own and continuously enhance the engagement request process from intake to scheduling and fulfillment, ensuring efficient matching between customers and technical experts. Review, assess, and prioritize incoming requests based on complexity and urgency. Coordinate scheduling of subject matter experts (SMEs) for engagements, managing competing priorities for optimal resource utilization. Maintain transparent communication with requestors, SMEs, and customers, offering timely updates throughout the engagement lifecycle. Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks, implementing streamlined solutions for enhanced efficiency. Operations, Reporting & Administration: Maintain operational trackers for engagement requests and KPIs, producing reports to inform team performance and planning. Support task management across the team, monitoring progress and escalating issues to ensure project deadlines are met. Oversee timelines for customer-facing materials, ensuring commitments are achieved. Organize content in compliance with company standards and privacy policies. Administer and update the team's SharePoint site, keeping materials current and accessible. Disclaimer: Some customer-facing roles may require compliance with specific health mandates. Range and benefits are specific to US locations. Salary range from $30.29 to $60.63 per hour; annual salary from $63,000 to $126,100.
