Responsibilities Join our Future Computing Technologies group where your expertise will be applied to explore cutting-edge AI-assisted scientific workflows and the management of distributed datasets. Key areas of focus include: Continuum computing and distributed systems Performance and workload characterization Modeling of application power and energy This role requires familiarity with distributed and continuum computing, vector databases, and performance modeling, as well as storage and memory systems. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a PhD program at an accredited college Minimum GPA of 3.0 Preferred Qualifications: Pursuing a PhD in computer science, data science, or a related field Knowledge of distributed computing and vector databases Experience in performance modeling and storage systems About PNNL At Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), we pride ourselves on fostering a dynamic and intellectually stimulating research environment.
