Flexibility is a must, with required availability on Saturdays and Sundays. The Weekend Registered Nurse will: Conduct skilled nursing visits and coordinate comprehensive client care Act as the primary contact for all healthcare disciplines involved in patient care Manage the frequency of visits throughout the patient's care episode Consult with physicians and the office regarding patient care details as necessary Accurately collect OASIS data and maintain an up-to-date medication profile Ensure timely reporting of lab values to the physician Participate in weekly case conferences and monthly case manager meetings Qualifications To be considered for the Registered Nurse (RN) position, candidates must meet the following criteria: Current RN license in the state of employment Preferred minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience Demonstrated knowledge and skills in current nursing practices Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is an equal opportunity employer committed to promoting diversity and creating an inclusive environment.
