Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Technical Analyst where you'll play a key role in guiding critical projects to success! In this position, you will: Collaborate with project managers to monitor project progress and provide necessary support. Support leadership to ensure project delivery meets specifications, timeframes, and budget constraints. Work closely with management to maintain comprehensive work plans. Track project status and deadlines effectively. Manage relationships with project staff and stakeholders. Produce regular status reports that include updates on work plans, target dates, budgets, resource capacity, and more. Facilitate recurrent meetings and project reviews. Job Specific Duties: Independently perform duties as directed by the Senior Manager or Project Managers. Analyze project documentation and provide insights on both technical and business matters. Attend client meetings to share observations and advice regarding technical and business topics. Identify potential risks and challenges early on to allow proactive management. Review project documents to pinpoint inconsistencies or issues that may jeopardize project success. Engage in focus groups or interviews needed to gather information for project deliverables. Ensure compliance with Maximus standards while completing project work. Support the team in achieving goals outlined in the project schedule. Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager or Project Manager. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 7-10 years of professional experience. Equivalent education and experience may be considered. Job Specific Requirements: Availability during standard client business hours; willingness to work outside standard hours if necessary. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 8+ years of progressively responsible technical experience in various roles. 3+ years of experience with large Health & Human Services system modernization projects. Familiarity with multiple programming languages and mainframe technologies. Knowledge of operating systems and cloud computing concepts. Proficiency in database management and AI tools. Strong skills in both agile and waterfall development methodologies. Excellent command of desktop software tools, particularly MS Office suite. Exceptional communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical audiences. Able to develop innovative solutions for complex problems. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a quick learning ability. Annual salary is a component of the total compensation package, including potential short- and long-term incentives. The minimum salary for this position is $120,000.00, and the maximum salary is $140,000.00.
