About Our Team As part of the Oracle Health Foundations Organization, you will become a key member of a dynamic Operational Intelligence team dedicated to transforming operational data into advanced decision-making platforms. Our focus is on enhancing the reliability and stability of Oracle Health's products through systems that proactively address incidents, change records, support tickets, telemetry, and performance signals. Our initiatives include developing production-grade anomaly detection systems, real-time signal processing, and GenAI-powered intelligence services to evolve beyond mere alerting, enabling contextual insights and semi-autonomous operational workflows. We are building an advanced AI infrastructure on the Oracle AI Data Platform to identify performance issues early and facilitate proactive interventions at scale. Your Role As the Lead Software Engineer - Machine Learning, you will spearhead the architecture and implementation of production-focused ML systems and smart services. This high-ownership, visible position ensures your strong software engineering foundations are applied to shape the future of operational intelligence at Oracle Health. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy scalable anomaly detection systems that leverage operational data sources. Create and operationalize machine learning services integrated with observability, monitoring, and operational pipelines. Develop GenAI-powered intelligence services, including automated summarization and workflow automation features. Implement infrastructures for real-time detection and insight generation within defined guardrails. Manage the complete ML engineering lifecycle: from data ingestion and feature pipelines to deployment and monitoring. Lead architectural decisions regarding distributed systems and model serving. Collaborate with data scientists, SRE, product, and operations teams to translate complex requirements into scalable AI solutions. Ensure high reliability and performance of ML services in a cloud environment. Mentor fellow engineers, promoting excellence through code quality and testing standards. Stay updated on advancements in ML systems and AI architectures, driving the adoption of relevant technologies. Who We Are Looking For: As a part of the software engineering division, you will help define and evolve standard practices and procedures, contributing to the development, design, and debugging of software applications. Compensation and Benefits: Oracle offers a competitive salary range of $96,800 to $223,400 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Bonuses and equity options may also apply.
