Job Description A leading General Contractor is looking for a REMOTE COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT to join their growing team. The REMOTE COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT plays a crucial role in providing leadership and management across assigned projects, ensuring they are executed safely, profitably, and on time. This position involves overseeing multiple teams and job sites, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity throughout all construction phases. Key Responsibilities Include: Ensuring project success with a focus on safety, schedule, profitability, and quality. Building and maintaining professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Leading the timely completion of projects in the field. Collaborating with the Project Manager to determine effective methods for successful work execution. Coordinating with the Project Manager and the procurement schedule to prevent and document delays or changes. Utilizing reports to manage costs and prepare accurate cost projections. Reviewing and executing all change orders, ensuring timely compliance. Completing close-out requirements and punch lists efficiently. Providing feedback to estimators for future bids or negotiations, particularly regarding subcontractor performance evaluations. Job Requirements: Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent technical training and/or related experience. 7+ years of experience managing multi-family construction projects, with thorough knowledge of contract documents, materials, equipment utilization, scheduling systems, productivity analysis, and cash flow procedures. Ability to manage large, complex projects and potentially multiple jobs simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. For immediate consideration, please submit your confidential resume.
