You will play a crucial role in this transformation, using tools such as Zoho CRM, Abby OCR, and Pro EDI, while optimizing workflows currently reliant on manual invoicing and limited EDI experience. This position focuses on implementing and enhancing EDI 837 workflows, automating processes, and boosting accuracy across the claims lifecycle. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $60.00 to $70.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities: Lead comprehensive project execution for claims processing and EDI initiatives. Coordinate and manage engagements with multiple vendors, clearinghouses, and technical partners. Develop and uphold project plans, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables. Act as the primary communication point between business stakeholders and external vendors. Promote the use of automated, industry-standard billing and claims workflows. Provide insights and recommendations for process enhancements and vendor solutions. Identify and manage dependencies across systems, vendors, and teams effectively. Ensure stakeholder alignment and maintain project momentum throughout delivery. Experience Requirements: Demonstrated experience managing projects involving EDI 837 transactions. Hands-on experience with claims processing, clearinghouses, and claims data flows. Strong skills in vendor management and cross-functional coordination. Effective communication abilities with both business and technical stakeholders. Experience leading projects in third-party administration (TPA) or similar sectors. Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, offer strategic recommendations, and drive initiatives forward. Familiarity with Zoho CRM or low-code environments (preferred). A light technical or coding background (preferred). Experience in vendor evaluation and onboarding processes to boost delivery speed (preferred).
