Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, observability, security, and responsible AI practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across distributed systems and AI components. Contribute to the evolution of shared engineering standards, guidelines, and platform enhancements. Mentor fellow engineers and guide the technical direction of the team. Qualifications: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on full-stack development. Proven history in building and managing cloud-based, distributed applications. Experience integrating AI/ML or Generative AI systems into operational environments. Preferred Skills: Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular). Backend programming expertise with languages like Python, Node.js, or similar. Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud architecture. Practical knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker; Kubernetes; and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with LLM integration patterns, RAG workflows, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate). Experience with ERP systems or enterprise automation platforms. Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, or agent-based AI frameworks. Background in technical leadership or mentoring roles. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
