Relocation packages available and flexible scheduling! Tuition discounts with partner universities Reimbursement for session-related materials and equipment Relocation assistance available in all service states Virtual electronic data collection system for efficient paperwork with streamlined behavior plans Requirements: Current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state) Master's Degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education) Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status Reliable transportation and a dependable vehicle Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services Job Responsibilities: A successful BCBA at Key Autism Services will: Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports. Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans for lasting success. Supervise and train amazing BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans remain effective. Provide support and guidance to families and caregivers in managing challenging behaviors. Conduct functional assessments and analysis as needed to ensure effective programs. Monitor and review program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.
