We are seeking a Finance Systems Product Manager to join our Enterprise Applications and Architecture team. This team aims to drive automation across an integrated suite of enterprise technologies, streamlining business operations and enabling our finance team to concentrate on strategic projects. In this role, you will be our finance business process and financial systems expert, mainly supporting our ERP, NetSuite, and other financial systems. You will work closely with our finance and accounting teams to gather business requirements for scalable technical solutions that support company growth. Collaboration with product managers and business system analysts will be essential as you design technology solutions to optimize finance processes. You will be part of a small, agile engineering team dedicated to delivering value. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to identify the best technology solutions to enhance finance business processes. Analyze current business processes, conduct fit/gap analyses, and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Work with Product Managers and finance stakeholders to implement the product roadmap for NetSuite, Zip, Workiva, and other financial tools. Demonstrate expertise in NetSuite for key processes, including General Ledger Accounting, Financial Reporting, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash. Create essential product management documentation, including Functional Specifications, Data Flow Diagrams, and Business Process Mapping Diagrams. Design and implement scalable solutions within NetSuite and other applications, encompassing customizations, workflows, automations, integrations, and reporting solutions. Collaborate with business system analysts and engineers across teams to develop and implement automations and technical solutions. Develop and execute test plans for identified features, leading integration and user acceptance testing with cross-functional teams. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, prioritizing them against the existing backlog based on severity and impact. Support business process transformation initiatives to enhance efficiencies in critical activities, such as Month-End Closure and Financial Reporting. Conduct solution walkthroughs, application demonstrations, and user training sessions. Assist in documenting change management processes, including creating runbooks. What We Look For: Strong understanding of finance-related business processes: Order Management, Billing, Collections, Revenue Management, Procurement, Expenses, Payables, General Accounting, and Financial Reporting. In-depth knowledge of Record to Report Finance Business processes, including month-end accounting and financial reporting in NetSuite. 5+ years of experience as a system administrator for ERPs like NetSuite, Oracle Cloud, and financial applications such as Workiva and Zip. 4+ years of hands-on configuration experience in various NetSuite modules, such as General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Payables, Receivables, Payments, and Reporting. 3+ years of experience managing large-scale ERP implementations and integrations using middleware technologies like Workato, MulseSoft, or Boomi. Familiarity with Agile methodology, including sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and Jira reporting. Experience with production support, incident management, and defect resolution processes. Eagerness to continuously learn new systems, take on various roles, and work autonomously to support finance operations. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: CPA or Chartered Accountant certification. NetSuite Certification. Experience with middleware platforms like Workato. Passion for the crypto economy and decentralized finance (DeFi). Background in the financial industry. Experience with multi-country and multi-currency ERP implementations. Full-time offers from Coinbase will also include bonus eligibility, equity eligibility, and benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).
