Diesel Mechanic Technician

KAG is excited to welcome talented Diesel Mechanics to our team! We are looking for Technician I-III or Apprentice Diesel Mechanics to perform essential maintenance and repair duties for our fleet. Salary: $20.00 - $36.11 per hour with guaranteed increases upon completion of training programs and based on verified prior experience. Benefits: Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including: 401K plan with company match Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Paid holidays and vacation time $100 annual boot allowance (paid quarterly) $250 semi-annual tool allowance after one year (up to $500 annually) Extensive onsite paid training opportunities Room for growth within the company Pay Range: $20.00 - $36.11 per hour Requirements: Valid Driver's License Air Brake Certification (FMSCR 396.25) or 1+ years verifiable experience Ability to obtain Motor Vehicle Air Conditioning Repair (EPA 609) Commercial Motor Vehicle Inspector certification preferred (3 years experience or 1 year experience with ability to obtain) Experience in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance/repair (1 - 5 years) Ability to perform preventative maintenance and repair on Class 5 - 8 commercial vehicles and tank trailer inspection Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs At KAG, we expect all employees to promote positive work habits, communicate effectively, work as a team, and respect their co-workers.
