Role Overview: As a Title & Registration Agent, you'll play a crucial role in guiding our customers through various DMV processes, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. If you're passionate about helping others, eager to learn, and seeking a place to grow with a company that values its employees, we want to hear from you! Your Responsibilities: Assist customers with a variety of DMV-related services, including vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, renewals, and plates. Ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant with PennDOT regulations. Communicate clearly and kindly with customers both in-person and over the phone. Maintain organized records and files in accordance with company and state guidelines. Operate point-of-sale systems and process payments efficiently. Deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, requiring multitasking abilities. Training & Growth Opportunities: Cross-training available in Title & Tag, Insurance, DOT Compliance, and Pack & Send divisions. Opportunity to obtain your insurance license for those interested in customer advisory roles. Become a Notary Public within the first 90 days (we’ll assist you in the certification process). Bilingual or multilingual skills. Minimum Requirements: 1+ year of customer service experience. Valid driver’s license. Ability to pass a background check.
