As an experienced Staffing and Workforce Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our nursing staff is well-scheduled and prepared to provide the highest quality of care to our residents. Key Responsibilities: Manage the scheduling process for clinical staff while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations. Review and adjust clinical schedules to maintain seamless operations. Quickly fill open shifts by coordinating with PRN staff and managing any last-minute changes or call-ins. Maintain and distribute daily/monthly schedules in OnShift (previous experience preferred). Collaborate with leadership to ensure staffing ratios adhere to quality care standards. Qualifications: High School diploma required; further education is a plus. Minimum of 1 year of staffing/labor management experience in a skilled nursing environment is essential. Must possess a valid TX LVN license. Experience with OnShift scheduling software is a significant advantage.
