As a Catering Operations Specialist at Panera, you will play an essential role in our catering operations. You will assist guests in planning and selecting delicious Panera dishes for their events, respond to inquiries, and ensure a hassle-free experience with craveable food delivered accurately and on time. Your Responsibilities: Manage and fulfill catering orders for guests. Create memorable experiences through warm and friendly service, effective communication, and proactive follow-up to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist with the delivery of orders to event locations. Strictly follow health and food safety guidelines. Maintain Panera's high standards for food quality. Generate excitement and interest in Panera's products and services. Promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events. Support Managers and Team Members as needed. Contribute to fostering a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. This Opportunity Is for You If: You are at least 18 years of age. You have a basic understanding of food safety practices (Food Handler's Card, as required by law). You enjoy interacting with people and possess strong communication skills. You are a self-starter capable of meeting goals with minimal supervision. You have excellent organizational and time-management skills. You own a vehicle suitable for deliveries and possess an acceptable driving record. You can safely operate a vehicle and have a good driving history. You are available for flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. You can lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing 25-50 pounds. You can stand and walk for up to 3 hours at a time. You can clearly communicate and quickly understand directions in a loud environment.
