Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Business Operations Intern with a strong interest in Business Analytics to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, remote internship that will run from June 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026. This internship requires a commitment of 40 hours per week during core business hours of 8:30am-5:00pm. Candidates must be available during these hours for the entire program duration. All work must be performed within the United States. Please note that this position does not offer work authorization sponsorship. What You'll Do Support teams with business development initiatives. Assist in developing marketing campaigns and social media content to enhance brand awareness. Conduct thorough market research and perform competitive analyses. Help prepare compelling proposals and contribute to strategic planning efforts. Participate in weekly meetings with CAI teams to track progress and collaborate effectively. What You'll Need Required: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. High-level problem-solving abilities. Capability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments. Currently enrolled in a college degree program in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Technology, Communications, or related major. Current undergraduate Junior with a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Physical Demands Ability to perform essential job functions, consistent with ADA and other applicable standards. Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary for most of the time. Ability to conduct tasks on a computer using a mouse, keyboard, and monitor. Compensation for this position is $17.00 per hour. This pay rate may vary based on location, experience, and education level.
